For digital products, including but not limited to Procreate brushes and digital artwork:
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.
To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund.
Physical Products Return Policy: Our physical products are fulfilled by Printful.com, which has its own return policy linked here. For issues related to misprints, damage, or defects:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after product receipt.
For lost packages, claims are to be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns due to buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are at the customer’s expense, unless residing in Brazil, where specific conditions apply.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled orders due to stock or quality issues will be processed promptly.
Quality checks are conducted on all items before dispatch. We are not liable for damages incurred during shipping.
Upon receiving and inspecting returned items that meet our return criteria, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
